Belmonte were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. It was time to upgrade from a old Mimaki JV33 and in my search came across HP Latex printers at Belmonte. Des gave me a call and answered a few questions I had on print media, maintenance and inks. He then went away and collated a quote for a couple of printer options. We went with a HP L360. Finance agreement was quickly sorted and signed and a week later delivery was arranged of our machine. Engineer turned up on the day specified and had all the gear with him needed to setup on the space we had allocated. After a quick rundown of the machines operation process and installation of rip software we were up and running. Looking to lease a Summa cutter in the future and I'm sure we'll be back to Belmonte. I recently received the HP L330 printer and surprised to find it in such excellent condition. It functions and looks nearly brand new. Throughout our many discussions as I was deciding whether or not to purchase this equipment, Des Robertshaw was outstanding and helped me with every piece of information. Because of Belmonte Business Equipment's professionalism, technical expertise, and—above all—their immaculate machines, I highly recommend them.
We recently ordered a fully refurbished and HP 365 LATEX Wide format printer and an associated Mimaki Cutter machine. The service from Belmonte has been outstanding with their install service also providing training on the new equipment. Where we had a small issue with a switch on the new kit - this was replaced by a separate visit the following day. As always top service from Des and the team at Belmonte. Given our plotter was 20+ years old and finding consumables and spare parts was becoming near impossible it was about time we got new kit. We worked with Des on our requirements and a typical week for the in-house plotter and settled on the HP Z9+ as it would give us vivid graphics with the added bonus of the horizontal and vertical cutters which would save us a lot or manual cutting. Installation wasn't quite an easy one, as the old plotter needed to move down 7 floors, and the new one up but without the aid of a lift. With help from the engineer and our in-house porters we got it in position. The new machine had been configured and tested off-site so made the installation quick and easy. Highly recommend Belmonte and this HP Z9+
