All our printers are carefully selected for refurbishment before the dismantling process begins.  Particular care is taken to assess the functionality and performance before they are moved into the controlled cleaning area where they are fully dismantled and air and chemically cleaned. Focus is especially given to the APS system which controls the paper movement, ensuring continuous media flow. Any worn parts are replaced together with the service maintenance kits [as advised at service interval levels]. The final phase is relocation to our testing bay where they undergo vigorous testing prior being signed off for dispatch.
