We recently ordered a fully refurbished and HP 365 LATEX Wide format printer and an associated Mimaki Cutter machine. The service from Belmonte has been outstanding with their install service also providing training on the new equipment. Where we had a small issue with a switch on the new kit - this was replaced by a separate visit the following day. Outstanding customer service belmonte and we look forward to a long engagement in our use of the equipment and the restocking of inks, maint cartridges etc. Many thanks indeed. As always top service from Des and the team at Belmonte. Given our plotter was 20+ years old and finding consumables and spare parts was becoming near impossible it was about time we got new kit. We worked with Des on our requirements and a typical week for the in-house plotter and settled on the HP Z9+ as it would give us vivid graphics with the added bonus of the horizontal and vertical cutters which would save us a lot or manual cutting. Installation wasn't quite an easy one, as the old plotter needed to move down 7 floors, and the new one up but without the aid of a lift. With help from the engineer and our in-house porters we got it in position. The new machine had been configured and tested off-site so made the installation quick and easy. Des and everybody at Belmonte went above and beyond to help me get a fantastic printer when my old one died half way through an urgent job. Even when I turned up in the wrong size van we managed to work a way of getting it in so I could get it back. Would highly recommend, and when the time comes will definitely go back to them for my next purchase.

I have just recently purchased a latex printer from Belmonte, we were having a few teething issues with it as you would with any machine but they were very helpful and sent a guy down to iron out the issues we were having. Very pleased and I would recommend them to anyone else.
